1. Hot dogs
Because they are high in nitrates, the Cancer Prevention Coalition advises that children eat no more than 12 hot dogs a month. If you can't live without hot dogs, buy those made without sodium nitrate.
2. Processed meats and bacon
Also high in the same sodium nitrates found in hot dogs, bacon, and other processed meats raise the risk of heart disease. The saturated fat in bacon also contributes to cancer.
3. Doughnuts
Doughnuts are cancer-causing double trouble. First, they are made with white flour, sugar, and hydrogenated oils, then fried at high temperatures. Doughnuts, says
4. French fries
Like doughnuts, French fries are made with hydrogenated oils and then fried at high temperatures. They also contain cancer- causing acryl amides which occur during the frying process. They should be called cancer fries, not French fries
All are usually made with white flour and sugar. Even the ones whose labels claim to be free of trans-fats generally contain small amounts of trans-fats.

I would certainly never argue that these foods are healthy, but where it comes to trans fats, you can't believe the label that says "0g Trans Fat."
What you CAN believe is the ingredients list on the back of the container, bag, or box. Look for "Partially-Hydrogenated," "Hydrgoenated." or "Fully-Hydrogenated" oils of any kind. THese are trans fats. If you see "hydrogenated" anything in the ingredients, there are trans fats in the product.
And not all chips or french fries are made with hydrogenated oils. So, if you read the ingredients, you CAN snack on chips and french fries, at least a little, and not do yourself terrible harm.

The only thing which really stands out here is donuts. There are always donuts in my office all the time. Every time we have a staff meeting out come the donuts. I wish they would serve some fruit with the donuts and baked goods in most places. I would rather eat fruit than donuts.
this sounds new to me .. darn I really love Donuts, could there be any enough reasons why my donuts is in the list? :d
Mind you, if you ate all this crap regularly it would be a race against time as to whether the heart disease from your obesity or the cancer kills you first.
