Sexual Intimacy for Longevity of Life

Let me share to you this article that I saw on Yahoo Health that was written by Dr. Maoshing Ni about the how sexual intimacy could enhance longevity of your own life.

From repressive societies to promiscuous indulgences, sex has been a subject of obsession throughout human history, and through many evolutions continues to intrigue us. The act of intercourse becomes much more than mere copulation when enacted in a healthy way. Keep reading to find out how it can affect your health and longevity.

An Active Sex Life for Longevity
Studies have shown that sexually active seniors are the happiest men and women of any age group. And no wonder: healthy sexual intimacy is nature's veritable fountain of youth. It can raise the levels of substances that lengthen your life span, including endorphins, DHEA, and growth hormone.

And it can lower those that shorten it, like the stress hormones adrenaline and cortisol. When sexuality is fulfilling, it not only improves the quality of your years, but also the quantity of your years!

3 Essential Principles to Healthy Sexuality
Chinese medicine has recognized for thousands of years the powerful effect of sexuality on health, spirituality and longevity. Here are the three principals to healthy sexuality:

1. Be aware of your body and needs
Communicate your needs to your partner and do not force the act if it does not feel natural, if you are feeling low-energy, or if conditions are not safe and conducive. Do not force, or use artificial means to arouse yourself if your energy is low or if the conditions are not safe or conducive.

2. Tune into the seasons
Do as the animals do! Observation suggests that animals tend to be more sexually active in the spring and summer
and less so during the autumn and winter. Also, frequency of sex is dependent on your state of health.

3. Be considerate
It is important to gauge your partner's mood, energy, and needs so that you may accommodate them. Satisfaction for both partners is the first step toward reaping the therapeutic benefits of sexuality.

Thanks Dr. Mao for this informative entry that you did.

This is article is good because we are on the month of love and Valentines Day is near. As we know sex is another way that you could show your love and intimacy to partner. But we surely state that you should do this if you are on the right age and responsible enough for the act. Well if you’re not on the right age you could show your love to your lover in other ways. But no sex if your not on your right age. And besides you’re still young you don’t need to think about longevity of your life already. Think of your parents. Enjoy but don’t sin. :)

A New Year

A
years end is about to come. Are you prepared for the new years challenges await you?

There are many preparations for the New Year.
For the
Chinese it’s the year of the Earth Rat. On the ads now a days are lucky charms. There are many kinds that must be placed in a specific place in the house. This is to attract good luck.

Are you in to this also? That’s our question to all of you. Isn’t it in that it’s really our action dictates what would be the result be. Right? And another thing our prayer and faith to our Lord God is what would really matter.

So mixing prayer and action would result to a good outcome later on. Prayers would help us strengthen ourselves because God would be with us, at the same time it’s our food for our soul for us to be motivated and healed, added to this are our own actions. Because how would our wants be in our hands if we won’t do something about it.

So this is what we the Sound would suggest to all of you. Pray right with Faith and do your part also. Get some action, move that muscle.

Good Luck on the Upcoming Year!

Benefit From Failures In Life

Many people are afraid to chase their dreams…to pursue real success because pursuing real success means taking risks – and people avoids taking risks because they are afraid to fail!

Failure is too often perceived as an inability to reach desired goals. Yet, almost every person who’s been successful had the willingness to experience failures, learn from them, and use them to move forward!

Any failure has the potential to be good and worthwhile – if only we can learn from it. We have to make a commitment to discover, to reflect at the failure and to build upon it. If we don’t, then failure can’t work its magic…And we will become a failure once again! Failure can only be helpful when we decide to learn from it. And learning doesn’t happen by default or osmosis. It requires time to understand what went right and what went wrong, and then figure out how to double dose the good stuff and gradually decreasing the bad stuff.

Failure is an inevitable part of life and success. Sometimes we get it in large doses and sometimes in smaller doses. But if we understand that we alone have the power to make our own failures positive or negative, then accepting failure isn’t so hard. It becomes manageable, beautiful, challenging, and worthwhile.

Key points to remember…learning from our failures is important; acting on that knowledge from failure is even more important. Believe in the strength of the human spirit and who believes in us!
