The main causes of liver damage are:

1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are main cause.

2. Not urinating in the morning.

3. Too much eating.

4. Skipping breakfast.

5. Consuming too much medication.

6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.

7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.

8. Consuming raw (overly done) foods also add to the burden of liver.
Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.

We should prevent this without necessarily spending more. We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to "schedule."

But a lot listed above is mr.sounds' habits.buhuhuhu!:)

Unprofessionalism by Health Care Providers in the Operating Room

The video below will show you how a person with a high degree acts so very unprofessional. They were laughing, giving jokes, and even documenting the operation to the helpless patient who is sedated and don't know what is happening around him. They were laughing because the man had a can of body spray stock on his asshole. It is said that it was inserted by someone whom he had sex the other night. Well I'll skip the details about that. Coz' that's not the issue. The issue is why the health care providers whom the patient entrusted his body to this operation would do such a thing.

We (mr.sound and mrs.sound) belong to this profession also. We recently became registered nurses. And as a newby to the world health care team, I think this kind of attitude or action isn't acceptable by any means! Review your code of ethics you arrogant piece of shit (I'm referring to the persons involved). Patients entrust their lives to us health care providers, because they know we will take care of their ailment while they are sick.

"to do no harm",
All the medical staff who were present and did laugh and gave jokes to the patient did violate this. Harm in the sense that they made fun of the person. Making fun of someone could hurt someone also. What if you were the one lying on that table and don't know what on earth will happen next and all around you is laughing at you.

"Patient confidentiality",
Consents are very important in medical field. Before you do an invasive procedure you need to have a consent from the patient or someone with a mature mind if minor/unable. Consents is needed to have documents of the procedure or you would like to document any piece of the body removed from that patient. I remembered before when I was on my practicum years on the hospital my classmate was told by the surgeon that he should ask permission first before taking a picture of a small cyst that had been remove from the patient left armpit. See even a small cyst you should ask a consent from the patient. Because that is his/her property and you should RESPECT the right of the patient.

I just wanted to point out even though I'm new I think everybody should know this. Patient seek help to health care providers because they know you can be trusted in the sense of confidentiality and doing your job well. We should act our roles well and be guided by our ethics. Remember it is our license, our degree and most of all our patients lives on the line. So don't make fun about lives, you could jeopardized everything that you'd work hard for and even destroy a life.

Quotable Quote for Week 2 of April 08'

Sometimes, we put too much passion on the biggest dreams and priorities in life that we fail to love the smallest pleasures from simple things.

We search so much for the right choices, for the right paths to walk through, for the right time and for the right reasons.

But life isn't about searching for the things that can be found. It is about letting the unexpected happen and finding things you never searched for...

Quotable Quote for Week 1 of April 08'

When you love, never stick only to what your heart feels. remember that sometimes, using your brain is necessary...

Next, never use you eyes to cry for the person who hurt you, instead, use it to search for the right one.

lastly don't be scared of breaking up. keeping a relationship without love is just a waste of time.

Take note love the one will fight for you and bravely face each and every consequences. Someone whom you can call "MINE" rather than IDEAL!

Shade, Covering Up Are Still Best Sun Defenses

Ducking under a tree or putting on a shirt this summer may protect your skin from the sun better than relying on sunscreen alone.

A new review of research on sun protection shows avoiding direct sunlight and wearing clothes that shield the skin from burning ultraviolet (UV) rays are the best ways to protect against skin cancer and the aging effects of the sun.

“In a skin cancer prevention strategy, behavioral measures—e.g. wearing sun protective clothes and a hat and reducing sun exposure to a minimum—must be preferred to sunscreens,” researcher Stephan Lautenschlager, M.D., asserts.

Many studies have shown that sunscreen protects against UV skin damage and certain types of skin cancer.

But researchers say sunscreens are often applied improperly and used as an excuse to increase time in the sun, which increases the risk of skin damage as anyone who has ever suffered a splotchy sunburn after a day at the beach can attest.

Less Sun Better Than Sunscreen

In their review of more than 200 studies on sun protection, researchers found reducing sun exposure through avoiding peak midday sun and wearing sun protective clothing and a hat are the best ways to protect the skin from UV damage.

“Often this solution is deemed to be unacceptable in our global, outdoor society, and sunscreen could become the predominant mode of sun protection for various societal reasons,” they write.

In addition, researchers say the type of clothing worn in the sun can make a big difference in terms of the sun protective factor (SPF) it provides.

For example, dry, tightly woven fabrics like denim, wool, and polyester provide significantly more sun protection than wet or loosely woven, thin fabrics like cotton, linen, acetate, and rayon.

Making the Most of Sunscreen

But if people aren’t willing to cover up or stay out of the sun during summer months, researchers say they should learn how to make the best use sunscreen.

Their results showed the application of a liberal amount of sunscreen is by far the most important factor for effectiveness of sunscreen, followed by the uniformity of application and the amount of SPF protection it provides.

Other tips to maximize the sun protection offered by sunscreens include:

  • Apply sunscreen 15 to 30 minutes before going out into the sun.
  • Use a waterproof sunscreen to reduce the need for reapplication after swimming or sweating followed by toweling and friction with clothing or sand.
  • Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with adequate UVA and UVB protection.

Inorganic sunscreens, such as zinc oxide or titanium dioxide, that are opaque are less likely to produce an allergic reaction and are recommended for use on children.

Antenna Broken? Or simply Smart Broken?

THIS PICTURE IS A SCREEN SHOT AFTER I HAVE REACTIVATED MY ACCOUNT. IN WHICH I DON'T KNOW WHY OR WHO DID DEACTIVATED MY ACCOUNT. WHICH CAUSED 2 DAYS OF NO INTERNET CONNECTION

Since Monday I haven't got any internet connection. So Mrs. Sound is the one updating and doing some works on this site. I called my internet provider to ask what was the problem (that was Monday night right after a while I lost my connection). They told me that my antenna receiver is broken. Hhhhmmm? Oh okay problem accepted maybe due to the thermal heat brought by the summer sun. They told me that they will file a report and then someone will call me back later to tell me the details.

So they called now it's Tuesday early in the A.M, I'm telling you very early that they even woke me up at the verged of my rapid eye movement of sleep. Specifically it was around 1:32 A.M in my watch. They told me that a technician would come here and fix my antenna after 24hours. And so I'm gonna call my Tuesday a day off.lol.

And now it's Wednesday tic tac tic tac tic tac. 24 hours is finished. I waited here at my house for some technician to come by and go to our roof to fix the antenna receiver. It was now passed 4 in the afternoon and still no sign. I decided to call the customer service again to check if they will come and if it is confirmed that they will come. They said YES just wait for the technicians because they work 8am to 8pm. Wow till night they work. Okay good I'll wait.

I noticed the sun is down already and I decided to stroll around the subdivision. I asked fellow neighbors with the same internet provider as mine if they have connection because my "ANTENNA" is broken. They said NO since Monday night. Oh okay trace back...it was also Monday night that I lost connection. And guess what is the cause of their problem. Same as mine also. Okay seems like an coincidence.right? So I went on with my strolling and stopped at a house with the same internet provider as mine, but we have the same problem also. 3 broken antennas at the same time? Now what a coincidence. So I go on and on to other houses with the same internet provider as mine. And still we had the same problems reported back to us by our provider. This seems not right. So I called them again. And they said "We have a checker which would indicate that you have a broken antenna on your home." Wow all of us had broken antennas. I'm not satisfied.

So I decided to check things out myself. I went to their portal on the web with my own account used of course and checked. I was surpirsed!!! My account is deactivated. How could this be. I pay regularly the bills that they send me. But why?!?! What a nasty way of service. Just pissed off. 2 days of no internet connection yet this would still show up on the bill and they will charge it to me on the next pay. And the really bad thing is no one came. Not even a shadow of their technician. tsk.tsk.tsk. And for their tech online on the customer service some checker on the antennas huh? Smart Broken!tsk. tsk. tsk.
